Evo, ako znaš engleski, rješenje s jednog foruma. :
One imperfect option is to close up the film rolls:
(1) Open iPhoto and select your Library
(2) Under "View" select "Film Rolls"
You should now have all your pictures organized into rolls. Each roll has a disclosure triangle that you can use to open or close it to reveal or hide the pictures in that roll. You can close or open them all by command-clicking on any one of the disclosure triangles. Now your pictures are hidden.
This is imperfect because it's not really "protecting" your photos or preventing them from being opened...it just hides them until someone reveals them. You'll find you can name film rolls just like you can name pictures, and that will help identify what's in them.
Another option would be to have multiple iPhoto libraries, and to put your more private photos into a different library. iPhoto itself doesn't have built-in tools to manage multiple libraries, but you can use a tool such as iPhoto Librarian to manage them.
