Googlao sam i nisam našao rješenje.
Niti jedan drugi nema taj problem jer vrte ranije verzije OSa.

> What I am now finding is that I still get the "Disk not ejected properly" error but when the computer wakes up from sleep, within 5 minutes the Time Machine drive reconnects and performs the backup. Had run First Aid and no errors. So it's somewhat better.

> I've got Time Machine on a MacBook Pro configured to backup to an iMac with a network Time Machine-shared external drive. This has worked fine for several years, but since upgrading the MacBook Pro to Ventura, each morning I'm greeted with one or more alerts: "Disk Not Ejected Properly: Eject "Backups of <MBP name>" before disconnecting or turning it off.
