just spent a long time with tech support -glad I had apple care....... its a windows issue. I will try to give steps as I remember.....with your phone plugged in.
open device manager, find portable devices, click on small arrow to open it up. u should then see iPhone. right click and select update driver software. Click browse and find C:\Program Files\Common Files\Apple\Mobile Device Support\Drivers select that option then next and it should load up driver.
Ne znam jesi shavtio, ali uravo si opisao sto ti je JOHN predlozio prije 4 dana kad si rekao da si to vec probao i ne pomaze.

Ako vec nisi skuzio sto je htio reci, mogao si pitati da malo detaljnije objasni, ovako si izgubio 4 dana na bespotrebno kopanje po netu.
